Log into your cPanel account.

In the Databasessection, click on thephpMyAdminicon.
- 
In the left side-bar, click on the Expandbutton to expand the database like “example”.
- 
Under your cPanel username, you can see a list of all databases. Select the appropriate database and it will be expanded and show tables of SQL. 
- 
Select the appropriate table you want to delete. In this example we will delete “wp-links”. click it. 
- 
Now click on the Operationsbutton.
- 
Scroll down and then clik on the Delete the table (DROP).
