How to Check QuickPost Email Logs from Client Area
Step 1: Log in to the client area: Use your login credentials to access your client area.
Step 2: Navigate to Email Hosting Service
From the left-hand menu, click on Services. Under Services section, select Business Email Hosting, then click on Email Hosting INR to view your available email hosting plans as shown in the screenshot.
Step 3: Locate Your Active Email Plan
In the Email Hosting INR section, find your active service (e.g., Email Lite) for the domain for which you want to check the logs.
Once located, click on the arrow icon (→) next to the service to proceed, as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 4: Access Email Logs Section
Inside the service panel, navigate to the Message Logs tab. This section allows you to track all incoming and outgoing email activities for your domain as shown in screenshot.
Step 5: Enter Email Address
In the search field, enter the email address for which you want to check the logs. You can search for a specific mailbox or check overall activity.
Step 6: Select Log Type: Choose the appropriate Log Type based on your requirement:
- Both – Displays both sending (SMTP) and receiving (Delivery) logs. (Recommended for full tracking)
- Delivery – Shows only incoming email delivery logs.
- SMTP – Shows only outgoing email sending logs.
Step 7: Select Date Range: Choose the Start date and time and End date and time to define the period for log search.
- The maximum allowed range is 48 hours.
- Make sure to select the correct time range when the issue occurred for accurate results.
