  1. Where are Leapswitch's cloud server locations?
    Leapswitch's servers are located in different parts of the world including the USA, India, Germany, Portugal, and Spain.

  2. Does Leapswitch offer managed and unmanaged cloud servers?
    Yes, Leapswitch offers both managed and unmanaged servers.

  3. Does Leapswitch offer Windows licenses?
    Yes, Leapswitch offers Windows licenses with our Self-Managed Windows Servers.

  4. What type of storage is used in Leapswitch servers?
    Leapswitch uses SSD RAID10 storage in our servers. NVMe storage is also offered in some locations such as Spain and Portugal Cloud Servers.

  5. Does Leapswitch offer server failover or disk replication?
    No, Leapswitch offers clustered solutions on our CloudJiffy PaaS but doesn't offer server failover or disk replication with our regular cloud servers.

  6. Is IPv6 support available?
    IPv6 support is available and free in Mumbai, Barcelona, and Lisbon.

  7. What is the bandwidth overuse charge?
    Bandwidth overuse charges vary by location. For example, in India, it's Rs 1500/TB, in Barcelona and Lisbon it's $5/TB, in USA, Frankfurt and Kiev it's $10/TB.

  8. Does Leapswitch provide load balancer services?
    Leapswitch does not offer load balancers with their VPSes. However, they can be offered with Dedicated Servers and are available on the CloudJiffy PaaS.

  9. Is DDoS Mitigation in place?
    Yes, Leapswitch offers DDoS mitigation up to 1TBps in all locations. However, Cloud Server IPs will be blackholed/null routed for attacks above 20 Gbit

  10. Does Leapswitch support all latest Operating Systems?
    Yes, Leapswitch supports all the latest operating systems. 

  11. What is the cost per IPv4?
    The cost per IPv4 varies by location. For example, in the US it's $2/IP, in Portugal, Spain, and Germany it's $2/IP, in Ukraine it's $3/IP, and in India it's Rs 120/IP.

  12. What happens when a customer gets locked out of VM?
    Customers have console access within our portal, which allows them to boot into rescue mode and fix the issue or reset the password. In the case of Managed Cloud Servers, Leapswitch will fix the issue for the customer.

  13. What happens during a plan upgrade?
    During a plan upgrade, resources and disk space are expanded with no loss of data. However, plan downgrades are not possible.

  14. What is the grace period for payments?
    Leapswitch provides a grace period of 5 days for payments, and a 30-day period before termination due to non-payment.

  15. What virtualization technology does Leapswitch use?
    Leapswitch uses KVM for virtualization.
